RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5032 adopted by the City
Council the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the 'following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange
Municipal Coae should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as R-G District, that certain real property
in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of
California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the
zoning classification of said property to the
O-P District.Said property is
described as follows:Those portions of lots 9 and 15 in Block
D of the Chapman Tract, as shown a Map recorded
in Book 102,Page 15 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of Orange County, California
described as follows:Commencing at the intersection of
the centerline of Tustin Avenue 60.00 feet wide,
with the Southerly line of said iot 9; thence along
said southerly line North 890 00' 01" West to a point in a
line that is parallel with and distant Westerly 3?OO fe:
