'Zone Change 911 DAVID ROHLANDER RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resol ution No. 5176 adopted by the City Council the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the 'following amendmeftt to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as R-O District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the O-P District.Said property is described as follows:Portion of Lot 405, R. B. Taylor Tract, M. R 36-61/62,Los Angeles County Recorder; Bush and Watson Tract,incl uded wi thin a portion of the North 1/2 of Lot L in the Chapman Tract, M.R. 4-404, Los Angeles County Recorder, together with that portion of land in decree of partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana,recorded in Book liB II of Judgments of the 17th Judicial District Court of California, including a portion of Lot L of the Bush and Watson Tract per survey by George C.
