CORPORATION RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission
and after due public hearings as required by law, and after
finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5261 adopted by the
City Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded
that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the
Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code,
by which there is classified as R-1-6
District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County
of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is
amended in order to change the zoning classification of
said property
to the pol District.Said property
is described as follows:Being a portion of lots 19,
21, 23 and 25 of Block A, Tract
No. 720 (Chapman Avenue Homesites) recorded in Book
21 Page 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Records of Orange County, State
of California, more parti-
cularly described as follows:Beginning at the northwest
corner of lot 19 of Block A of said Tract

feet along the north line of lots 19, 21, 23 and
