80 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.
020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE OF ORANGE STREET,
NORTH OF WALNUT

RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5227 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange
Municipal Code should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as R-1-6 District,
that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of
Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended
in order to change the zoning classification of said
property to
the R-D-6 District.Said
property is described as follows:Lot 22, Block "A" of the
Therrnalita Tract as per map recorded in Book 4,
page 48 of miscellaneous maps,records
of said
Orange County, California,SECTION II:This ordinance shall be
published once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange City
News~ a newsl?aper of general circulation, published and circulated ~
n the C~ty of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (
30) days from and after the
