RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and
after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding
the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5224 adopted by the City
Council,the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange
Municipal e should be
adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:SECTION
I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as R-1-6 District,
that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of,
Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended
in order to change the zoning classification of said
property to
the R-D-6 District.Said
property is described as follows:All that certain land
situated in the State of California, County
of Orange, City
of Orange,described as follows:That portion of the
Belview Addition to Modena~ as per map showing
reversion at acreage recorded ~n Book 37, page
61, Miscellaneous Records in the Office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles
County,California described as follows:Beginning at a point West
203.53 feet from the Southeast corner of Lot 19 in
Block "B" of Land of Oge and Bond as shown on a
map recorded in Book 3,pages 430 and
431 of said Miscellaneous Records;thence South 282.00
feet; thence West 158.76 feet parallel
with the centerline Chapman Avenue to the West line of
the land conveyed to Theodore C. Bidlingmaier and wife
recorded July 6, 1946 in Book 1444, page
24, Official Records; thence North 282.00 feet along the
