80 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.
020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED SOUTH OF THE PERALTA HILLS RIDGELINE
AND EAST OF PROPOSED MEATS

INC.RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5223
adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of
Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.
06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted
1 and WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange
A-l and City of Anaheim RSA-
43,000 District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange
desires that the property hereinafter described be classified as
City of Orange A-I District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorp-orating the territory
into the City of orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The fOllowing described
real property is hereby changed to City of Orange A-l
District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real
property to the City of Orange.Said real property
is more particularly described as follows:Portions of Sections 10 and
11, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, Rancho Santiago de Santa
Ana, in the County of Orange,
State of
California, described as follows:Parcel 1 Beginning at an
angle point on the present boundary line of the City
of Orange, as established by Annexation No. 317 to the City
of Orange, Resolution No. 4620, said angle Point being
the Southwesterly terminus of the line designated as "South 700 46'
44" West, 400 feet more or less" in said Annexation
No. 317, said angle point also being North 890 56' 46"
West, 1116.26 feet from the Southeast corner of said
section 10, on the most Easterly North boundary line of Annexation
No. 92 to the City of Orange, Ordinance
No. 711; thence leaving said Annexation No. 317, North 890 56'
46" West along said boundary line of said Annexation No. 92 a distance
of 3002.41 feet, to a POint that is North 890 56'
46" West, 4118.67 feet from said Southeast corner of section
non-tangent curve concave Southeasterly having a radiusof1000.00 feet, a radial line of said cur~e through said

Annexa-tion" through its various courses in general Easterly,
Northerly,Southeasterly, Northeasterly and Southeasterly direction to
an angle point in said "Anaheim Hills No. 29 Annexation", being
a point on the present boundary line of the City of Orange,
as established by Annexation No. 216 to the City of Orange,

a general Westerly, Southerly and Southwesterly direction to

boundary line of the City of Anaheim as established by the "
Yorba Annexation"to the City of Anaheim; thence along said line South

curve, concave Southeasterly, having a radius of 1000.00 feet, a radial
line of said curve through said point bears North 58050'

angle of 70 32' 54" an arc distance of 131. 74 feet to a point
on the general Southerly boundary line of the land shown on a
map filed in Book 127, Pages 9 through 12 inclusive of
Parcel Maps,records of said Orange County, said point being
the Northwesterly terminus of that certain course in last said boundary
line shown as North 400 54' 52" West, 39.68 feet on said
map; thence Southeasterly, Northeasterly, and Easterly along
said general Southerly boundary line to the Northeasterly terminus
of that certain course in said boundary shown as North 450

map recorded in Book 413 Pages 1 through 11 inclusive of

Beginning at the Southeasterly terminus of that certain course
in the present boundary line of the City of Anaheim as established
by "Anaheim Hills No. 26 Annexation" designated as "South 390
49' 00" East 330.00 feet"; thence along said boundary line as
established by said "Anaheim Hills No. 26 Annexation" and "Anaheim
aills No. 18 Annexation" North 390 49' 00" West 330.56 feet;
thence leaving said boundary line North 890 47' 40" East 805.72
feet; thence South 170 24' 35" East 53.00 feet to a point on a
non-tangent curve concave Southeasterly, having a radius of 1000.

II:This ordinance shall be published once fifteen (15)
days after its passage in the orange City News, a newspaper of
general circulation, published and circulated in the City of
Orange,and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the
date of its final
passage.ADOPTED this 24th day of June
1980.
