CITY CLERK ORDINANCE NO. 35- 80 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06. 020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHAPMAN, WEST OF CRAWFORD CANYON ROAD.ZONE CHANGE 924 MANGANO RUMNEY, INC RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5204 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE OOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified as RM-7 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property to the o-P District.Said property is described as follows:Lot 3 of the El Modena Citrus Lands, as shown on a map recorded in Book 6, page 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California.Excepting the Easterly 100.64 feet.SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange City News, a news~aper of general circulation, published and circulated in the C~ty of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage ADOPTED this 27th day of Mav 1980.ATTEST: C!~~ F~E bJ?
