ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TilE CITY
OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.020 OF
THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF RANCHO SANTIAGO BOULEVARD
AND BOND AVENUE.PRE-

RECITALS:
WHEREAS, after report thereon by the Planning Commission
and after due public hearings as required by law, and after
finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5192 adopted by
the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has
concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020
of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted; and
WHEREAS, there now exists in the unincorporated territory
of the County of Orange certain real property hereinafter
described which is designated as County of Orange E4.-l5,000
District; and
WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires that the pr02erty
hereinafter described be classified as City of Orange
R-l-10 District upon completion of
annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into the City
of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:The following described real property is
hereby changed to City of Orange R-l-10 District, said
zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real property to
the City of Orange.Said real property is more
particularly described
as follows:PARCEL 1:Lot 20 in Block "B" of the Land of
Oge and Bond, as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Pages
430 and.43l ~f Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, Cal~forn~a.Excepting therefrom the Southerly 195.
63 feet of the
Westerly ~.OO feet
thereof.PARct:L :l:An easement for a reservoir
site on the following:Beginning at the most Westerly
Southwest corner of the land deeded to W. T. Chapman by
George W. Dollard and others by deed recorded Harch 31,
1925 in Book 571,Page 311 of Deeds, and running
thence North 20 feet;thence East 20 feet; thence South
20 feet; thence West 20 feet to
PARCEL 3:
The right to lay and maintain a pipe line along the
road from the reservoir site described in Parcel 2
above to the Northeast corner of Lot 20 in Block "B" of
the Land of Oge and Bond, as shown on a map recorded in
Book 3, Pages 430 and 431 of Miscellaneous Records of
Los Angeles County, California, said road being described
as follows:
Beginning at a bolt in the pavement on the centerline
of Santiago Boulevard as paved by the Orange County
Highway Commission, said bolt being the Northwest
corner of Lot 20 in Block "B" of the Land of Oge and
Bond, as shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Pages 430
and 431 of Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles County,
California; thence North 890 53' East along the North
line of said Lot 20, 660 feet more or less, to the
Northeast corner of said Lot 20; thence North 00 02'
West 10 feet; thence Easterly parallel to the extended
North line of said Lot 20, 336.47 feet to a point;
thence North 00 22' East 20 feet; thence Westerly
parallel to the extended North line of said Lot 20,
336.79 feet; thence Southwest to a point 635.51 feet
North 890 53' East and 20 feet North 00 02' West of the
point of beginning; thence Westerly parallel to the
North line of said Lot 20, 635.51 feet; thence South 00
02' East 20 feet to the point of beginning.
PARCEL 4:
The Southerly 195.63 feet of the Westerly 293.00 feet
of Lot 20 in Block "B" of the Land of Oge and Bond, as
shown on a map recorded in Book 3, Pages 430 and 431 of
Miscellaneous Records, in the office of the County
Recorder of Los Angeles county, California.
SECTION II:
This ordinance shall be published once fifteen (15)
days after its passage in the Orange Ci~y News, a.newspap~r
of general circulation, published and c~rculated ~n the C~ty
of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final passage.
