AN ORDINANCE. OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.020 OF THE
ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON
THE SOUTH SIDE OF CHAPMAN AVENUE, WEST OF
CRAWFORD CANYON ROAD.

RECITALS:
After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after finding the
facts as shown by Resolution No. 5162 adopted by the City Council,
the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the
following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Cooe should be adopted:
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which
there is classified as RM-7 District, that certain real
property in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of
California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the
zoning classification of said property to the O-
P District.Said property is described
as follows:Lot 3 of the El Modena Citrus Lands, as shown on
a map recorded in Book 6, Page 32 of
Miscellaneous Maps,Records of Orange
County, California.
SECTION I:Excepting the Westerly
100 feet.
SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published once within
fifteen (15)days after its passage in the Orange. Ci ty News ~ a
newspaper of general circulation, published and c~rculated ~n the
City of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its
final passage.ADOPTED this hrn day of
