Box 449, Orang", Cill Horni" 92666. l'lA.!t.II,YB.,J.}F:NSEN, cI,TY, CLFR,K ORDINANCE NO. 3- 80 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 9101 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF BATAVIA STREET, NORTH OF CULLY DRIVE.Pre-Zone Change 908 JAMES GANN RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as reguired by law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 5130 adopted by the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 9101 of the Orange Municipal Code should be adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange A- I District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires that the property hereinafter described be classified as City of Orange M-l District upon completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory into the City of orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described real property is hereby changed to City of Orange M-l District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real property to the City of Orange. Said real property is more particularly described as follows:A portion of section 18, Township 4 South, Range 9 West, San Bernardino Base and Meridian, Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana in the County of Orange, State of California,described as follows:BEGINNING at a point on the East line of Batavia Street 30 feet Easterly of the centerline as measured at right angles, said point being 175 feet North of the centerline of Cully Drive as measured along the East line of Batavia Street; thence Easterly along the North line of Tract No. 1628 per map recorded in Book 49, Page 32 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and its Westerly prolongation,522.74 feet; thence Northeasterly 83.73 feet; thence Westerly along a line parallel with said North line of Tract No. 1628 and said Westerly prolongat~on 523.31 feet to a point on said East line of Batavla Street~thence Southwesterly along said East line CTION II: ADOPTED this 7th day of Fphrll;try 1980.
