NAYLOR RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the Planning
commission and after due public hearings as "required by law", and
after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 8002 adopted by
the City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange
has concluded that the following amendment to section 17.06.020 of
the Orange Municipal Code should be
adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in the unincorporated
territory of the County of Orange certain real property
hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange E4-
1 District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the property hereinafter described be classified as City
of Orange R-1-40 District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the territory
into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described real
property is hereby changed to City of Orange R-1-40
District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real property
to the City of orange. The real property which is
the subject of the reclassification is more particularly
described in
Exhibit "A" which is attached.SECTION II:A summary of
this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full
text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the city Clerk
at least five (5) days prior to the city Council meeting
at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary
of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15)
days after this Ordinance's passage in the Orange
city News, a newspaper of general circulation,published, and circulated in
the city of Orange. The city Clerk shall post in the Office of
the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such
those city Council members voting for and againstinaccordancewithGovernmentCodeSection36933.
