THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND APPROVING
THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED AT
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHAPMAN AVENUE
AND W A YFIELD STREET FROM THE C-l (
LIMITED BUSINESS)DISTRICT TO THE C-2 (
GENERAL BUSINESS) DISTRICT
ZONE CHANGE 1141-91
APPLICANT:
ROBERT A. SMITH RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, and after receiving a recommendation
from the Planning Commission,recommending, by Resolution No. PC-47-91 adopted by the
City Council, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to
Section 17.06.020 of
the Orange Municipal Code be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by
which there is classified as C-I Limited Business) District, that certain real property
in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, isamendedinordertochangethezoningclassificationofsaidpropertytotheC-
2 (General Business) District. Subject property
is more
particularly described in attached Exhibit "A".SECTION II:This ordinance shall be published once within
fifteen (15) days after its passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general
circulation, published and circulated in the City of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from
