OF ORANGE RECXTALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by
the Planning commission and after due public hearings as required by
law, and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No.
7977, adopted by the city Council, the City Council of the City
of Orange has concluded that the following amendment to section 17.
06.020 of the orange Municipal Code should
be adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in
the unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain
real property hereinafter described which is designated as County
of orange Estate
Residential District; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the property hereinafter described be classified as City
of Orange R-1-40 District upon
completion of annexation proceedings incor-porating the territory
into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council
of the City of
Orange does
ordain as follows:section X:The following described
real property is hereby changed to City of Orange R-1-
40 District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said
real property to the city of Orange.Said real
property
is more
particularly described in Exhibit A.section XX:This Ordinance
shall be published once fifteen (15) days after its passage in
the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the city of Orange, and shall take
effect thirty (30) days from and
