THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.
020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 1102 N. HEWES STREET, 11212 N.
HEWES STREET, 18761 E. BOND AVENUE, AND 18771

OF ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning commission and after due public hearings as required by law,
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 7807 adopted
by the City Council, the city Council of the City of
Orange has concluded that the following amendment to Section 17.06.020
of the orange Municipal Code should
be adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange real property hereinafter
described which is designated as county of Orange R-l (
7,200) District; and WHEREAS, the city of Orange
desires that the property hereinafter described be classified as
City of Orange R-1-7 District
upon completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the
territory into the City of prange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described
real property is hereby changed to city of Orange R-1-
7 District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said
real property to the City of Orange. Said
real property is more particularly described as follows:That portion of Lot 15 of
Block B of the Lane of Oge and Bond as shown on a map recorded
in Book 3, Pages 430 and 431 of Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County, California, in the Unincorporated
Territory of the County
BEGINNING at an angle point on the existing boundary line of
the City of Orange, said angle point being the Southeasterly
corner of Annexation Number 370 to the city of Orange, said angle
point also being on the centerline of Bond Avenue; thence along
said existing boundary line of the City of Orange as created by
said Annexation Number 370, Annexation Number 191, and Annexation
Number 314 through its various courses in a general Northerly,
Westerly, Northerly, Easterly and Southerly direction to said
centerline of Bond Avenue; thence North 89 55' 35" West along
said centerline a distance of 155.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning.
section II:
A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a
certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted
in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to
the city Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be
adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published
once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in
the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation,
published, and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk
shall post in the Office of the city Clerk a certified copy of
the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of
those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance
in accordance with Government Code section 36933. This Ordinance
shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
final passage.

day of May , 1991, was duly passed and adopted by
