93 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING CITY
DISTRICTING MAPS ESTABLISHED BY SECTION 17.06.
030 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SANTIAGO
CANYON ROAD AND ORANGE PARK
BOULEVARD.PRE-ZONE
CHANGE 1157-93 APPLICANT:
CITY
OF ORANGE RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by the
Planning Commission and after due public hearings as "required by law",
and after finding the facts as shown by Resolution No. 8198 adopted
by the City Council, the City Council of the City of
Orange has concluded that the following amendment to the
City Districting Maps established by section 17.06.030 of the
Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted; and WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real
property hereinafter described which is designated as County of Orange
E-4 District; and WHEREAS, the city of Orange
desires that the property hereinafter described be classified as
City of Orange R-1-40 District
upon completion of annexation proceedings incorporating the
territory into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE
DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:The following described
real property is hereby changed to City of Orange R-1-
40 District, said zoning to be effective upon annexation of said real
property to the City of Orange. The real property which
is the subject of the reclassification is more
particularly described
in Exhibit "A" which is attached.SECTION II:A summary
of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the
full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City
Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the city Council
meeting at which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A
summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (
15) days after this Ordinance's passage in a
newspaper of general circulation, published, and circulated in the City of Orange. The
city Clerk shall post in the Office of the city Clerk a certified
Ordinance along with the names of those city council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with
Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect
thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage.
ADOPTED this 13th day of July 1993.

California, do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance was
