THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING CHAPTER 17.
06 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED ON THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF TUSTIN
STREET AND WASHINGTON AVENUE, MORE
PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS 236 AND 250 SOUTH TUSTIN
STREET.ZONE CHANGE

D.RECITALS:WHEREAS, after report thereon by
the Planning Commission and after due public hearings as required
by law,the City Council of the City of orange has
concluded that the following amendment to Chapter 17.06 of
the Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted:NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Chapter 17.06 of the Orange Municipal Code,
by which there is classified as R-1-
6 (Single Family Residential Minimum Lot Size 6,000 square
feet) District, that certain real property in the City of Orange
County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is
amended in order to change the zoning classification of said
property to the OP Office Professional) District, as set
forth in Exhibit "A"which is attached hereto and made a
part hereof as though
fully set
forth herein.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall
be published and a certified copy of the full text of
this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk
at least five days prior to the City Council meeting at
which this Ordinance is to be adopted. A summary of this
Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (
15) days after this Ordinance's passage in a
newspaper of general circulation,published, and circulated in the city
of Orange. The city Clerk shall post in the Office of the
City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such
the names of those city council members voting for and
against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code
section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30)
days from and after the date of its final passage.
