Chapman Avenue, Orange Members of the public can access meetings on Spectrum Cable Channel 3 and AT&T U-verse Channel 99 and streamed live and on-demand on the City’s website. All interested persons may submit comments and may be heard on any relevant matter relating to the proposed actions by mail, email, voicemail or in-person, as set forth in the June 21, 2023, Design Review Committee agenda to be posted on the City’s website at www.cityoforange.org. DATE: WEDNESDAY, JUNE 21, 2023 TIME: 5:30 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT: DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5106-22 – MURRAY RESIDENCE – ADDITION AT REAR PROPERTY LOCATION: 413 S. Grand Street (APN: 390-413-02) REQUEST: A proposal for a 431 square foot master bedroom suite and laundry room addition to the rear of an existing single-story residence that is a contributor to the Old Towne Historic District. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15301 (Class 1 - Existing Facilities), because it consists of an addition of less than 10,000 square feet to an existing single-family residence, in conformance with allowable development in the General Plan and in an area where public facilities and services are available.
