LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 15-1 (SANTIAGO HILLS OVERLAY)
LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT 94-1 (SYCAMORE CROSSING)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public
hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 2023, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as may be heard.The
hearing will be held in the City of Orange Council Chamber, located at 300 East Chapman
Avenue, Orange, California for:
Santiago Hills – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2023-24: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11449
adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2023;
Santiago Hills Overlay – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2023-24: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11449
adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2023;
Sycamore Crossing – to hear public testimony, protests, or objections to the annual levy of
assessments for Fiscal Year 2023-24: and any other matter contained in Resolution No. 11450
adopted by the City Council on April 25, 2023;
Any persons who wish to object to the proceedings should file a written protest with the City
Clerk prior to the time set for the public hearings.
All interested persons are invited to attend the public hearing or submit comments as set forth in
the June 13, 2023, City Council agenda to be posted on the City’s website
