SUBJECT:DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5084-22 – JIM’S ORIGINAL RESTAURANT
PROPERTY
LOCATION:214 and 216 N. Tustin Street (APN: 386-101-21 and 386-101-22)
REQUEST:A proposal to demolish three existing buildings to construct a new two-story commercial
building consisting of a drive-through restaurant with indoor/outdoor dining on the first floor,
and an office on the second floor.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guideline 15332 (Class 32 – In-fill
Development Projects), because it is consistent with all applicable General Plan polices and
zoning regulations, the site is not a habitat for endangered or threatened species and is in an
area where public facilities and services are available, and the project would not result in any
significant effects relating to traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. No public review
period is required.
