LOCATION:828 S. Oakwood Street
REQUEST:A proposal to construct two additions totaling 297 square feet to the rear of a single-family
residence. The property is a contributing historic resource to the Eichler Fairhaven Historic
District. The project was continued by the Design Review Committee on June 15, 2022
for revisions.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION:The proposed project is categorically exempt from the provisions of the California
Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines 15301 (Class 31 –
Historical Resource Rehabilitation) because the project consists of addition to the rear of a
historic building in a manner compliant with the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards for
Rehabilitation.
