CHOCO REALTY)RECITALS:After report thereon by the
planning Commission and after due public hearings as required by
law, the city council of the city of orange has
concluded that the following amendment to Section 17,90.080
of the Orange Municipal Code
should be adopted:NOW, THEREPORE, THB CITY COUNCIL OP THE
CITY OP ORANGE DOES
ORDAIN AS
POLLOWS:SECTION I:section 17.90.080 of the Orange
Municipal code, by recClmmendation of the city of Orange
planning Commission to the city council is amended to allow
the reclassification of property located at 455 South Main
Street (Children's Hospital of Orange County) from
the O-P (Office-Professional Dist:rict) to
the P-I (Public Institution District) .Subject
property
is more particularly described as follows:Parcel 1 of Parcel Map, as
per map filed in book 106 pages 9 and 10 of
Parcel Maps and that portion of Parcel 1 of Parcel Map, as
per map filed in book 77 pages 77 and 29 and 30 of
Parcel Maps, all in the city of Orange, county
of Orange, State of california, in the Office of the
county Recorder of said County, lying within Parcel 1 of
that certain lot line adjustment No.LL 88-16 recorded
on April 20, 1989, instrument No.
89-20642 official records of said county.Parcel 2, in
the city of orange, County of orange,state of California, as
shown on a map filed in book 77, pages 29 and 30
of Parcel Maps, in the Office
of the
county recorder of said county.SBCTION It:A summary of
this
ordinance shall
be published anda
certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall bepostedintheOfficeofthecityClerkatleastfive (5)
days prior to the City Council meeting at which thisOrdinanceistobeadopted. A summary of this Ordinance
shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days afterthisOrdinance's passage in a newspaper of generalcirculation, published, and circulated in the City of
Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the CityClerkacertifiedcopyofthefulltextofsuchadoptedOrdinancealongwiththenamesofthoseCityCouncilmembersvotingforandagainsttheOrdinanceinaccordancewith
Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall takeeffectthirty (30) days from and after the date of its final
passage.
