020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY
SITUATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF CHAPMAN
AVENUE AND CLIFFWAY DRIVE AND PROPERTY LOCATED
SOUTH OF AND ADJACENT TO CITY WATER RESERVOIR '

PROPERTIES RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission
and after due public hearings as required by law, and after
finding the facts as shown by PC 52-94 adopted by
the Planning Commission,the Planning commission of the City of
Orange has recommended that the following amendment to section 17.06.020
of the Orange Municipal Code
should be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City
of Orange does
ordain as
follows:SECTION I:section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal
Code, by which there is classified as R-O and A-
I Districts, those certain real properties in the City of Orange,
County of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is
amended in order to change the zoning classification of said property
to the
R-I-7 and R-2-
7 Dis1:ricts.said properties are described as follows:
A. From R-O to R-I-7 - See
Exhibit "A".
B. From A-I to R-2-7 - See Exhibit "
B".SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and
a certified copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in
the Office of the city Clerk at least five (5) days
prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance
is to be adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be
published once within fifteen (15) days aft.er this
Ordinance's passage in a newspaper of general circulation, published, and circulated in
the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of
the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text
of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of
those City Council members voting for and against the
thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage.
