CODE AND APPROVING THE
RECLASSIFICATION OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST
SIDE OF ALPINE ROAD BETWEEN CULVER

AGENCY RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after
due public hearings as required by law, the City Council of the City of Orange
has concluded that the following amendment to Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code
should
be adopted:Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of Orange does
ordain
as follows:
SECTION I:Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified
as R-l-6 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County
of Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to
change the zoning classification of said property to
the
C-2 District.Said property is
described as follows:All that certain land situated in the State of California,
County of Orange,City of Orange, described as follows: Lots 71, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 77,
78, 79 & 80 of Tract No. 1629, as shown on a map recorded in Book 49,
Page 10 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of
SE!::TION II:
This Ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its
passage in the Orange City News, a newspaper of general circulation, published
and circulated in the City of Orange, and shall take effect thirty (30) days from and
after the date of its final passage.
SECTION III:
A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the
full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least
five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is to be
adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen
IS) days after this Ordinance's passage in a newspaper of general circulation,
published, and circulated in the City of Orange.. The City Clerk shall post in the
Offlce of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance
along with the names of those City Council members voting for and against the
Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance
shall! take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its final passage.
