An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Orange
amending Chapter 2.16 of the Orange Municipal Code adding
appointment (Hiring) of the City Treasurer and City Clerk to the
duties of the City Manager in the event ballot measurers HH and
II are approved by the voters.
First Reading was adopted by the City Council on March 12, 1996. Council continued
second reading to April 9, 1996 for outcome of the March 26, 1996 Election Results.
Election Results: Both Measures HH -City Treasurer and II - City Clerk FAlLED.Ordinance
No. 7-96 never had second reading and was not adopted.
