020 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE
AND APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION
OF PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE WEST SIDE
OF ORANGE STREET, BElWEEN WALNUT
AND SYCAMORE

UNIVERSITY RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public
hearings as required by law, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted:Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of Orange does ordain
as follows:
SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is
classified as R-4 District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of
Orange, State of California, hereinafter described, is amended in order to change
the zoning classification of said property to the
poi (SP) District.Said property is
described as follows:Lots 4 and 5 and the east one-half of lot 3 and all of lots 6, 7, 8, 9,
10, 11, 12, 13 and 14, Block "A" ofW.H.H. Clayton's Subdivision of part of Richland
Farm Lot 13, in the City of Orange, as per map recorded in Book 4, page
6 of Miscellaneous Maps,
records of
Orange County.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified
copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at
least five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is adopted.
A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days
after this Ordinance's passage in a newspaper of general circulation, published, and circulated
Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the
full text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section
36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its
final passage.
