INC.RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due public
hearings as required by law, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following amendment to Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Section 17.06.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, by which there is classified
as R-O District, that certain real property in the City of Orange, County of Orange,
State of California,hereinafter described, is amended in order to change the zoning classification of
said property to the RI-
8 and RI-IO District.Said
property is described as follows:A portion of Lots 13 and 14 of Lotspeich
and Company's Tract as per Map recorded June 12, 1876, as No. 186-
R in the Office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles
County, State of California, and a portion of Lots 15 and 16 in Block "B"
of the land ofOge and Bond,in the County of Orange, State of
Califomia, as per Map recorded in Book 3 Pages 430 and 431 of
miscellaneous records, in the Office of the County
Recorder of
Los Angeles County, California.SECTION II:A summary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified
copy of the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least
five (5) days prior to the City Council meeting at which this Ordinance is adopted.
A summary of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days aftc~r this Ordinance'
general circulation, published, and circulated in the City of Orange. The City Clerk shall post in
the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full text of such adopted Ordinance along with
the names of those City Council members voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance
with Government Code Section 36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from
and after the date of its final passage.
