NOTICE OF EXTENSION OF
CANDIDATE NOMINATION PERIOD
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the nomination period for candidates, other than
eligible incumbents, in the November 8, 2022, City of Orange General Municipal Election has
been extended to 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 17, 2022, pursuant to California Elections
Code Section 10225. This extension applies to the following office:
One Member of the City Council District 4 Full term of four years
Nomination packets are available at the City Clerk's Office, 300 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange,
California during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. — 5:30 p.m.) during this extension of the
nomination period.
