REQUEST:A request to demolish the existing restaurant and to construct a new
automatic express carwash facility and associated vacuum parking stalls.
ENVIRONMENTAL
INFORMATION Final Program Environmental Impact Report (EIR) 1805-09 for the
Comprehensive General Plan Update was certified on March 9, 2010 and
prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act. The
proposed change in zoning is within the scope of the previously approved
General Plan and is adequately described in the previously certified General
Plan Program EIR for purposes of CEQA.
