THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF
THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE AND
APPROVING THE RECLASSIFICATION OF

EXPRESS)RECITALS:After report thereon by ilie Planning Cornrnission and after due public
hearing as required by law, the City Council of the City of Orange has concluded that
the following arncndrnent to Title 17 of the Orange Municipal Code should
be adopted:NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COllNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I:Title 17.10.020 of the Orange Municipal Code, is arnended in order to
change the zoning classification of property
as follows:Frorn Santa Fe Depot Area Public Facilities Zone, to Santa Fe Depot Area
Cornrnercial, a parcel addressed 190 N. Cypress Street, that is rnore particularly
described as:Lots 1, 2 and 3, as shown in a Map of Block B of the Halladay
Tract, a subdivision of the western half of Lot 22 of the Richland
Farms lots,Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book 18,
Page 65,rniscellaneous records of Los Angeles County, June
22,1887.
SECTION II:A surnrnary of this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of
the full text of this Ordinance shall be posted in the Office of the City Clerk at least five (
5) days prior to the City Council rneeting at which this Ordinance is adopted. A surnrnary
of this Ordinance shall also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this
passage in a newspaper of general circulation, published, and circulated in the City of
Orange. The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the
filII text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section
36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days frorn and after the date of its
final passage.
