THE CITY OF ORANGE AMENDING SECTION 17.06.
030 OF THE ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE
AND APPROVING THE PRE-ZONE
CLASSIFICATION TO R-2-6 OF A PORTION
OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1001 EAST LINCOLN AVENUE
IN
THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE.Pre-Zone Change 1202-

Applicant: North Orange Christian Church RECITALS:WHEREAS, there now exists in the
unincorporated territory of the County of Orange certain real property hereinafter described
which currently
has no City zoning designation; and WHEREAS, the City of Orange desires
that the property hereinafter described be classified as City of Orange R-
2-6 residential duplex district upon completion of annexation proceedings
incorporating the territory into the City of Orange.NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY
OF ORANGE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:SECTION I:Section 17.06.030 of the Orange
Municipal Code is amended in order to classify the zoning of the real property described
below as City of Orange R-2-6 District, said zoning classification to be
effective upon annexation of said
real property
into the City:ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER 360-375-04 SECTION II:A summary of
this Ordinance shall be published and a certified copy of the full text ofthis Ordinance shall be
posted in the Office ofthe City Clerk at least five (5) days prior to the City
Council meeting at which this Ordinance is adopted. A summary of this Ordinance shall
also be published once within fifteen (15) days after this Ordinance's passage in

The City Clerk shall post in the Office of the City Clerk a certified copy of the full
text of such adopted Ordinance along with the names of those City Council members
voting for and against the Ordinance in accordance with Government Code Section
36933. This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after the date of its -final
