DATE:MONDAY, JUNE 20, 2022 TIME:7:00 P.M. (or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard) SUBJECT:MAJOR SITE PLAN REVIEW NO. 1050-21, DESIGN REVIEW NO. 5044-21, AND ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW NO. 1877-21 – CHOC ASSOCIATED GARAGE HORIZONTAL EXPANSION PROPERTY 525 S. MAIN STREET, ORANGE, CA LOCATION REQUEST:A request to construct a horizontal parking expansion of CHOC's existing 9-story associate parking garage, that will match the existing parking garage aesthetic and functionality, to accommodate a maximum of 630 parking stalls. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION: The environmental impacts of the project and its project alternatives were evaluated through Environmental Impact Report (EIR) No. 1805-08, State Clearinghouse No. 2008081118), which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per State CEQA Guidelines Section 15070 et seq. and in conformance with the Local CEQA Guidelines. The horizontal expansion as proposed was analyzed by EIR No. 1805-08, the proposal does not create or alter any existing mitigation measures. No further environmental analysis is required.
