December 15, 1980
On Monday, December 15, 1980, at 8:15 p.m. Chairman Coontz declared that
the regular meeting of the Planning Commission of the City of Orange
would not be in session and would be reconvened on Monday, January 5,
1981 at 7:30 p.m., due to the fact that a quorum was not present.
PRESENT: Commissioners Coontz, Hart
ABSENT: Commissioners Ault, Master, Mickelson

The regular meeting of the Orange City Planning Commission of
December 15, 1980 was not called to order, due to the fact that
a quorum was not present.
PRESENT: Commissioners Coontz, Hart
ABSENT: Commissioners Ault, Master, Mickelson
Due to the lack of a quorum, the regular meeting of the Planning
Commission was postponed until the next regular meeting on
January 5, 1981, at 7:30 p.m. Meeting will reconvene at the Civic
Center Council Chambers, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, California,
with the agenda of December 15, 1980 to be heard on January 5, 1981,
together with the regular agenda of that date.

COUNTY OF ORANGE ) OF ADJOURNMENT
Jere Murphy, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
That I am the duly chosen, qualified and acting secretary of the
Planning Commission of the City of Orange; that the regular meeting
of the Planning Commission of the City of Orange, due to be held
on December 15, 1980, was postponed to the time and place specified in
the order of adjournment attached hereto, due to the lack of a quorum;
~"' that on December 17, 1980, at the hour of 2:00 p.m., I posted a copy
of said order at a conspicuous place on or near the door of the place
at which said meeting of December 15, 1980 was due to be held.
