(Note: This project is categorically exempt from Environmental Review.) Stan Soo-Hoo presented this application on behalf of the Staff. He pointed out that this is a request to allow the conversion of an existing residence to church offices. The property is located on the east side of Center Street, just north of Almond Avenue, which is right across the street from the rear parking lot of City Hall. The property is zoned 0-P and contains a single family residence and a parking lot. The residence is now approximately 2500 square feet. The applicant proposes to make only internal modifications to the existing structure. The outside of the proposed office will be restored to original condition.
