NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
EXTENSION OF INTERIM ORDINANCE NO. 02-21
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of the City of Orange will hold a public hearing,
Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at the City
of Orange Council Chamber, 300 East Chapman Avenue, Orange, CA, to consider extension of interim
Ordinance No. 02-21 prohibiting the addition of three or more bedrooms or three or more bathrooms to
a primary residence on lots less than 12,000 square feet and adding definitions of dormitory and student
housing.
All interested persons may appear and be heard or submit comments on any relevant matter relating to
the proposed Ordinance extension by mail, email, voicemail or in person, as set forth in the February 8,
2022, City Council agenda.
