IMPACT REPORTS 954 AND 1305-90,
ADEQUATELY ADDRESSES THE ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACTS OF
THE PROPOSED TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 14359 AND
14550,AND CONDmONAL USE PERMIT 1924-
90, UPON PROPERTY SITUATED NORTH OF
SANTIAGO OAKS REGIONAL'PARK, EAST OF NOHL RANCH
ROAD, WEST OF THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA

WOODCREST pEVELOPMENI'RECITALS:After report thereon by the Planning Commission and after due
public hearings as required by law, and after receiving a recommendation from
the Planning Commission,recommending that previously certified Environmental Impact Reports
954 and 1305-90 analyzed the environmental impacts of Tentative Tract Maps
14359 and 14550, and Conditional Use Permit 1924-90, located upon property north
of Santiago Oaks Regional Park,west of Southern California Edison Serrano Substation, south o~
Anaheim Hills, and east of Nohl Ranch Road, the City Council
upheld the Planning Commission recommendation.Subject property is more particularly
described in attached Exhibit. A ..NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Orange that Environmental Impact Reports 954 and
1305-90 adequately addresses the environmental impacts of Tentative Tract Maps 14359 and 14550,
and Conditional Use Permit 1924-91 as contained in Planning Commission Resolutions Number P.C.
32-91
and P.C. 33-91 for the following reasons:1. That the City Council
of the City of Orange previously certified that Environmental Impact Reports
954 and 1305-90 adequately addresses the environmental impacts of General
Plan Amendment 2-86-A and the Serrano Heights Specific Plan respectively,
and that Environmental Impact Reports 954
and 1305-90 were prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act.
2. That proposed Tentative Tract Maps 14359 and 14550, and Conditional Use
Permit
ADOPTED this 22nd day of October 1991.
