A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUST-
MENT LL 91-5 ADJUSTING A LOT LINE
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED NEAR
THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION
OF PIXLEY STREET AND ALMOND
AVENUE,OWNER: CITY OF
ORANGE WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments
by resolution where the land ta~en from one parcel is added to
an adjacent par~l ~nd where a 'greater number of parcels than
origin-ally existed is not thereby created;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal
Code Sections 16,32,010 et seq" which provide the procedure to
be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment;
and WHEREAS, the owners have determined that the lot line
adjust-ment is necessary to facilitate development of Parcell;

and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of
Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have reviewed and
recom-mended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No, LL 91-5 and
have made a finding that the real property described as Parcel
1 in Exhibits A and B, copies of which exhibits are on file
in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public
Works of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of
the Califor-nia Subdivision Map Act and all applicable city of
Orange ordi-nances and regulations, including the requirements
for building
sites;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section on the Department of
Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the
following
findings:1, That the proposal is eligible for processing as a
lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision
Map
Act;2, That the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act have been
met;3, That the proposal is consistent with the General
Plan;
and 4, That the resultant parcels will meet the requirement
of the Zoning
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in the above findings,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No, LL 91-5, as shown on Exhibits A and B, be approved and
that said Parcel 1 upon recordation of this resolution,
including Exhibits A and B, and a prior or concurrent recordation of a
deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be
executed,BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution,
including Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the
Orange county
Recorder,ADOPTED this 18th day of June
1991,
