OF ORANGE COUNTY, CALI 2:30 JUL 161991 P.M. a. ~ReCorder This vacation and abandonment of a portion of a certain public street is made in accordance with the Public Streets,Highways, and Service Easements Vacation Law, California Streets and Highways Code section 8300 et seg., specifically sections 8320 through 8325. section I: section II:The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention of the City Council of the city of Orange to order the vacation of the following public right-of-way easement and fix a time and place for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the proposed vacation, pursuant to the requirements of section 8320 of the California Streets and Highways Code.section III:The city of Orange has determined that the right-of-way easement for which this abandonment is proposed is surplus to present needs for street uses or for future needs.section IV:A portion of the Chapman Avenue right-of-way, west of Trails End Lane, approximately 4 feet wide on the east end, tapering to nil over a distance of approximately 880.57 feet. The subject right-of-way easement to be abandoned is more particularly described in Exhibit "A" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof. The proposed vacation and abandonment is shown in Exhibit " B" which is attached hereto and made a part hereof.section V:The City Council does hereby fix the time and place for hearing all persons interested in, or objecting to, the vacation and abandonment of said public easements at the hour of 7:00 p. m. at the Council Chambers, Civic Center, 300 East Chapman Avenue, in the city of Orange on the 21st day of May, 1991.
