A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT
LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 92-3
ADJUSTING A LOT LINE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SITUATED AT 1065 AND 1067
NORTH GRANADA
DRIVE
OWNERS:CARL AND SHARON PRENZLOW,
AND PHILLIP AND CAROLYN
ALLEN WHEREAS, Section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map
Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot
line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from
one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a
greater number of parcels than originally existed is nottherebycreated;
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted OrangeMunicipalCodesections16.32.010 et seq., which provide theproceduretobefollowedfortheapprovalofsaidlotlineadjustment;
and WHEREAS, the owners have determined that the lot
line adjustment is necessary to facilitate correction of
lot lines;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department
of Public Works and the Environmental Review Board
have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment
No.LL 92-3 and have made a finding that therealpropertydescribedas1065and1067NorthGranada Drive,
copies of which exhibits are on file in both the offices oftheCityClerkandtheDirectorofPublicWorksofthe
City of Orange, complies with the provisions of
the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable CityofOrangeordinancesandregulations, including the
requirements for building
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the
Department of Public Works and the Environmental Review Board
have made the
following findings:1. That the proposal is eligible for processing
as a lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412
of the Subdivision
Map Act;2. That the requirements of
the California Environmental Quality Act have
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General
Plan; and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the
requirements of the Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City council
hereby concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line
Adjustment No. LL 92-3, as shown on Exhibits A and B,
be approved and that said Parcels upon recordation of
this resolution, including Exhibits A and B, and a prior
or concurrent recordation of a deed establishing title
in conformity with said parcel be executed;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recordation,
including Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of
the Orange County
Recorder.ADOPTED this 11th day of Auqust
