Chapman Avenue Orange, CA 92666 RESOLUTXOH HO. 7994 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 91-11 ADJUSTING A LOT LINE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF OLIVE STREET, APPROXIMATELY 165 FEET SOUTH OF COLLINS AVENUE.Ow~ER: Larry Haupert WHEREAS, section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater nurr~er of parcels than originally exi.sted is not thereby created; and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code sections 16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the owners have determined that the lot line adjustment is necessary to facilitate development of Parcell; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision section of the Department of Public Works and the Environmental Review Broad have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 91-11 and have made a finding that the real property described as Parcel 1 in Exhibits A and B, copies of which exhibits are on file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Publit: Works of the City of.Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building sites; and i:BEAS I 'the Cu.zdiv~sio.i1 ~~e;.;t~(;n GoO'" t.ho:: D.apz:..:;::,t~ ent ;.;f Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the following findings:1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adjustment pursuant to section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met;3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirement of the THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council hereby concurs in the above findings. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 91-11, as shown on Exhibits A and B, be approved and that said Parcel 1 shall be created upon recordation of this resolution, including Exhibits A and B, and a prior or concurrent recordation of a deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be executed.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the orange County Recorder.ADOPTED this 14th day of April , 1992.
