A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT
LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 91-10
ADJUSTING A LOT LINE OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SITUATED AT 1660 AND 1678 HUNTERS
WAY.
OWNERS:PARCEL 1 - William L. Shipley & Nancy Presho
PARCEL 2 - Frank M. Calta & Angela R. Calta WHEREAS,
section 66412(d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions
for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution
where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent
parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally
existed is not thereby created; and WHEREAS,
the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code sections
16.32.010 et seg., which provide the procedure to be followed
for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS,
the owners have determined that the lot line adjustment
is necessary to formalize the existing usage of land;and
WHEREAS,
the Subdivision section of the Department of Public Works
and the Environmental Review Broad have reviewed and recom-mended
approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 91-10 and have made
a finding that the real property described as Parcels 1 and 2 in
Exhibits A and B, copies of which exhibits are on file in both the
offices of the city Clerk and the Director of Public Works of the
City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California
Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances
and regulations, including the requirements for building sites;
and
WHEREAS, the Subdivision section on the Department of Public
Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the following
findings:
1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot
line adjustment pursuant to section 66412 of the Subdivision Map
Act;
2. That the requirements of the California Environmental
Quality Act have been met;
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan;
and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirement of
the Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the city council hereby
concurs in the above findings.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. LL 91-10, as shown on Exhibits A and B, be approved and
that said Parcel 1 and 2 upon recordation of this resolution,
including Exhibits A and B, and a prior or concurrent recordation of a
deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be
executed.BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution,
including Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the
Orange County
Recorder.ADOPTED this 14th day of Januarv ,
