RES-8196 Amending and Revising Master Schedule of Fees and ChargesRESOLUTION NO, 8196 A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OP THE CITY OP ORANGE AMENDING AND REVISING THE MASTER SCHEDULE OP PEES AND CHARGES AS AUTHORIZED BY ORANGE MUNICIPAL CODE CHAPTER 3,10, WHEREAS, on June 12, 1984, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 6100 which implemented the MASTER SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES, consisting of Schedule "A" and Schedule "B"; and WHEREAS, the MASTER SCHEDULE has been revised from time to time; the last time was on June 18, 1991, when Resolution No, 7842 was adopted; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the MASTER SCHEDULE should again be amended to include increases in certain fees and charges in order to reflect the true cost of providing the respective goods, facilities, and services provided by the City in connection with such fees. NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange as follows: 1. Resolution 7842, adopted June 18, 1991, is hereby amended and the attachment entitled AMENDMENT TO MASTER SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES is hereby adopted, amending the respective fees set forth in said Resolution 7842. 2. The City Council finds that the fees and charges set forth in the attached MASTER SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES do not exceed the reasonable costs of providing the respective goods, facilities and/or services pertaining to each fee and charge, 3, The fees, charges, and rates listed in the MASTER SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES as amended hereby shall be effective on July 1, 1993, except for those fees and charges set forth in section 2,0, entitled "Community Development and Building Division", and section 2,1 entitled "Interdepartmental Fees and Charges Based on Hourly Rates". 4.
