CIlY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE
ADJUSTMENT LL 95-4 ADJUSTING A LOT
LINE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERlY SITUATED AT
182 S. ORANGE
STREET.
OWNERS:GARY AND PEGGY MEAD, TRUSTEES
OF THE MEAD FAMILY
TRUST WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where
the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a
greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created:
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal
Code Sections16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for
the approval of said lot line adjustment;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public
Works and the Environmental Review Board have reviewed and recommended
approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 95-4 and have made a finding that
the real property described as 182 S. Orange Street, copies of which exhibits are on
file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works of the
City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act
and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including
the requirements for building
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of
Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the
following findings:1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a
lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the
Subdivision
Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act have
been met;3. That the proposal is consistent with the General
Plan; and 4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements
of the
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. LL 95-4 as shown on Exhibits A and B, and a prior or
concurrent recordation of a deed establishing title in conformity with said parcel be
executed;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this recordation. including Exhibits
A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
