RES-8511 Lot Line Adjustment Approval No. LL-95-8RESOLUTION NO. 8511 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 95-8 ADJUSTING A LOT LINE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT 743 AND 759 N. TEDHAMS IRREVOCABLE TRUST-1982 WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created: and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal CodeSections 16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 95-8 and have made a finding that the real property described as 743 and 759 N.
