RES-8452 Adopting a Map Showing Proposed Boundaries of Special Assessment District No. 94-1RESOLUTION NO. 8452 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE ADOPTING A MAP SHOWING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT AD 94- 1)WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF ORANGE, CALIFORNIA,has been presented and has received a map showing and describing the boundaries of the area proposed to be assessed in an assessment district under the provisions and authority of the "Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972", being Division 15, Part 2 of the Streets and Highways, Code of the State of California; said assessment district known and designated as LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO, 94- 1 (hereinafter referred to as the " Assessment District"),NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange as follows: Section I:That the above recitals are all true and correct. Section II:That a map of the Assessment District showing the boundaries of the proposed Assessment District and lands and property to be assessed to pay the costs and expenses of the proposed maintenance work designated as "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO, 94-1" hereby submitted, and the same is hereby approved and adopted,Section III:That the original map of said proposed boundaries of the proposed Assessment District and one copy thereof is to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk.ADOPTED this 14thday of Febnmrv 0 1995,ATTEST:C ce_~/.-?,/:i/anile Coontz, Mayor ofthe Ci[ r fOrange dP~~Marilyn 1.
