RES-8683 Lot Line Adjustment Approval No. LL-96-9RESOLUTION NO. 8683 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADmSTMENT LL 96-9 ADmSTING LOT LINES OF CERT.AIN RTIAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT III AND 125 SOUTH MAIN STREET IN THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE OF CALIFORNIA. OWNER: ORANGE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY ,A PUBLIC BODY, CORPORATE AND POLITIC WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created: and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal Code Sections 16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for the approval of said lot line adjustment; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works an~ the Enviro!~mental Revje."v Board have reviewed and recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 96-9 and have made a finding that the real property described as III and 125 S. Main Street in the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, copies of which exhibits are on file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works of the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations, including the requirements for building sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the following findings:I.That the proposal is eligible for processing as a lot line adj'Jstment pursuant to Section 66412 of the Subdivision Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act have been met;Sheet 5 3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and 4.
