A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE
ADmSTMENT LL 96-7 ADmSTING LOT LINES
OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY SITUATED AT
LOTS 15 AND 29 OF TRACT NO. 3414 IN THE CITY
OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF
CALIFORNIA.
OWNER:METROPOLITAN LIFE INSURANCE
CO.WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the Council to approve lot line adjustments by resolution where
the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where a
greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created:
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal
Code Sections 16.32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for
the approval of said lot line adjustment;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of Public
Works and the Environmental Review Board have reviewed and recommended
approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 96-7 and have made a finding that
the real property described as Lots 15 and 29 of Tract No. 3414 also know
as City Parkway West (private street) and City Boulevard West (private street) in
the City of Orange, County of Orange, State of California, copies of which exhibits

r~ cof .~~City ot' Orange, complies with the provisions of the California
Subdivision Map Act and all applicable City of Orange ordinances and regulations,
including the requirements for building
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of
Public Works and the Environmental Review Board have made the
following findings:I. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a
lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the
Subdivision
Map Act;2. T~ai the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act have
been met;Sheet
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the
Zoning Code.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby
concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTIIER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. LL 96-7 as shown on Exhibits A and B be approved, and a prior
