NOTICE OF AVAILABILITY OF THE DRAFT FY 2020-2021
CONSOLIDATED ANNUAL PERFORMANCE AND EVALUATION REPORT
Purpose
The City of Orange receives annual grants from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban
Development (HUD) which include Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and HOME
Investment Partnerships (HOME) funds. These funds are allocated to affordable housing,
addressing homelessness, community development and fair housing activities to address the
needs of low and moderate-income households.
The City prepared the Draft 2020 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report
(CAPER) for the reporting period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. This report contains
the performance and financial status of projects funded with CDBG and HOME funds.
Copies of the Draft 2020 CAPER will be available for public review and comments from Friday,
September 10, 2021 through Friday, September 24, 2021 at the following locations as well as
online at: www.cityoforange.org/CAPER

Community Development Department
2. Main Library - 407 E. Chapman Avenue, Orange
City offices are open Monday through Thursday and alternate Fridays from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30
p.m. The Main Library is open Monday through Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the
library is closed on Sunday.

The deadline for public comments is Monday, September 27, 2021 at 5:30 p.m. All written
