A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ORANGE APPROVING LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT LL 97-
7 ADJUSTING LOT LINES OF CERTAIN REAL
PROPERTY SITUATED AT 770 AND 800 N. ECKHOFF STREET IN
THE CITY OF ORANGE, COUNTY OF ORANGE, STATE
OF
CALIFORNIA,

INC.WHEREAS, Section 66412 (d) of the Subdivision Map Act
makes provisions for the City Council to approve lot line adjustments by
resolution where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjacent parcel and where
a greater number of parcels than originally existed is not thereby created:
and WHEREAS, the City Council has enacted Orange Municipal
Code Sections 16,32.010 et seq., which provide the procedure to be followed for
the approval of said lot line adjustment;
and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department of
Public Works and the Staff Review Committee have reviewed and
recommended approval of Lot Line Adjustment No. LL 97-7 and have made a finding
that the real property described as 770 and 800 N, Eckhoff Street in the City
of Orange,County of Orange, State of California, copies of which exhibits are on
file in both the offices of the City Clerk and the Director of Public Works of
the City of Orange, complies with the provisions of the California Subdivision
Map Act a':ld all applkable City of Orange ordinance; and ,-egulations,
including the requirements for building
sites; and WHEREAS, the Subdivision Section of the Department
of Public Works and the Staff Review Committee have made the
following findings:1. That the proposal is eligible for processing as a
lot line adjustment pursuant to Section 66412 of the
Subdivision
Map Act;2. That the requirements of the California
Environmental Quality Act have
been met;Sheet 1-
3. That the proposal is consistent with the General Plan; and
4. That the resultant parcels will meet the requirements of the
Zoning Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
hereby concurs in the above findings; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proposed Lot Line Adjustment
No. LL 97-7 as shown on Exhibits A and B is hereby approved and that
the appEClble property lines are adjusted upon recordation of this document
and the recordation of the necessary grant deeds making the adjustment
in conformance with this approval;
and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution, including
Exhibits A and B, shall be recorded in the Office of the Orange County
recorder,ADOPTED this 9th day of December
1997.
