RES-8804 Revising Specified Fees for Sanitation ServicesRESOLUTION NO. 8804 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ORANGE REVISING SPECIFIED FEES FOR SANITATION SERVICES. WHEREAS, Section 13.60.015 of the Orange Municipal Code provides that sanitation fees may be set by Resolution of the City Council. WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that charges for samtatlOn services charged by the City and its exclusive franchise solid waste hauler, Orange Disposal Services, shall be changed and become effective as set forth in the attached Exhibit "A". NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Orange that the fees set forth in the attached Exhibit "A" are adopted to be effective as set forth therein.
