l. 1500 W. Almond Avenue The subject area is located on Almon d Avenue
Request for No Parking for Street one block south of Chapman Avenue and includes
Sweeping Purposes the f irst two blocks west of Main Street.
Sara Hazlewood The subject area is 90% residential (some
1521 W. Almond Avenue commercial concerns exist on the corners of
Orange, CA 92668 Almond Avenue and Main Street) with the bulk
consisting of multi-family dwelling units.
RECOMMENDATION: Deny at this time. There are approximately 120 residences within

Cost estirnates to the City "should be viewed

o Maintenance
The initial installation cost is estimated
at: $500.00. The enforcement cost under
an aggressive enforcement policy: $1500.00.
The mainten.ance cost, determined on the basis
� of 30% loss or replacement per annum, is
estimated at: $100.00. Estim.ated Annual
Cost: $2100.00
